** Subject Pronouns in English! 📚✨**



*What are Subject Pronouns?**  

Subject pronouns are words we use to refer to people, animals, or things without repeating their names over and over. 


*Example:

- Maria is a teacher. Maria loves books.  

- Maria is a teacher.She loves books.


**The Subject Pronouns:**


*Singular Subject Pronouns:

- I 

- You  

- He  

- She 

- It  


*Plural Subject Pronouns:

- We 

- You  

- They   


-**The Third Person Singular:**


1. **He**  

   - Used for masculine, singular, human nouns.  

   - *Example: Ali, Tom, boy, man, father, Mr. ...


2. **She**  

   - Used for feminine, singular, human nouns.  

   - *Example: Fatima, Susan, girl, woman, Mrs., Miss ...


3. **It**  

   - Used for singular animals and objects.  

   - *Example of Singular Objects: pen, book, classroom ...  

   - *Example of Singular Animals: cat, dog, elephant ...


 **The Third Person Plural:**


1. **We**  

   - Refers to a person or a group that includes the speaker.  

   - *Example: My friend and I, my sisters and I ...


2. **They**  

   - Refers to a group of people, animals, or objects without including the speaker.  

   - *Example: My friends, my brothers, my sisters, the pens, the books, the cats, the dogs ...



     **Remember: The pronoun "you" is unique as it serves both singular and plural purposes.

* The pronoun "you" can refer to one person (singular) or more than one person (plural).

* When addressing a group, it indicates that the speaker is speaking to multiple people.

  • Singular: You are a good friend. 
  • Plural: You are friends.
